1.1 Conditions of Consent

5.3 VIP Program

Loyal members of sp0rty can participate in the VIP program. This program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Higher tiers can be reached through regular gaming activity. The benefits available at each tier may vary and are subject to change at sp0rty's sole discretion.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

sp0rty reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. If a technical error occurs or abnormal odds are displayed, those bets may be cancelled and the bet amount will be returned. sp0rty reserves the right to cancel bets if an event is not completed properly or in uncertain circumstances.

6.2 Game Results and Disputes

All games are operated under fair play principles and results are determined using a verifiable random number generator (RNG). Results in live games are determined through live streaming. The platform's technical records are final and will be treated as authoritative in the event of any dispute.

6.3 Betting Limits

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering using a fake identity or someone else's identity
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Bonus abuse — attempting to collect bonuses in an irregular manner
• Collusion — gaining unfair advantage through the combined efforts of multiple users
• Betting using match fixing or insider information
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform
• Attempting to access another person's account without permission
• Harassing or threatening other users or sp0rty staff

8.1 Account Closure by sp0rty

sp0rty may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If false information is provided during the identity verification process
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period
